New Years 2015

New Years resolutions are all around. Let's start a diet, work out, learn something new or just try to find ways we can be better. As for me, I would like to start by posting more in my blog. So thats what I'm doing now. I wanted to post about something religious so if that's not your thing then you don't have to read this. Although by reading this you may just become more of a believer so you never know. I'm not much of a writer or reader even so if I have typos or grammar errors, get over it!! It was not too long ago that I was feeling really anger and full of rage towards someone. No, I'm not telling you who! That's not the point of this post. I had really bad feelings in my heart and I knew that it wasn't right to be feeling or thinking that way. I wanted revenge and justice for this person and felt I was the one that should take care of that. My feelings got really bad to the point I was in tears and then asked my husband, Elias if he could give me a priesthood blessing. Even though I had some doubt that there was nothing that could help me now I still knew I needed to ask him and believe I could have relief. My mind was so far now. I was so off track and thinking such horrible things but as he began, I slowly felt my anger calming and more and more peace inside me. I sat very still and listened very carefully to what was being said. I felt better with every word that was said.  By the time he was finished, I felt so peaceful. My thoughts were clear and it all went out of my head. I felt like everything stopped right then. I was so thankful for that blessing that day. It was the best thing I could have done. I've so grateful to have that, the priesthood, in my family. I have seen so many miracles happen as we faithfully believe in its power. Not only in my family but even others around me. Even if they are not active members. I hope that this post will help uplift you somehow. My goal is to share more of the good things that matter in my life rather then where I went and what I did that day. I hope to have another post soon. Wish me luck!

some videos

The twins dancing on the stage at Fashion place mall! So cute! It was at a fashion show that Alex was in and the twins wanted to join in on the fun. Alex was pretty shy. He walked up the stage and turned around real fast and walked back down.

and Brittney just loved the cow from chic-fi-la.

BACK TO THE GRIND

PANAMA
Well here I am trying to make my blog try and be a little more active....so much has happened and it would take me months to try and get it all in so I think I will just press forward and try and get more posts in. Theses past couple years have had its challenges though. For me and the family. But through all the ups and downs, I'm still happy. I have much to be grateful for. Elias has been gone to Panama since May 11 and I have missed him a lot. Hopefully maybe another week or so and he will be back. His dad passed away around 2am and he woke me up and told me about it and asked if I would pray with him. I don't remember what was said but just remember how special that moment was. He had to leave the next day at the last minute and has been down there working on his business that wasn't all it was expected to me. Its hard to run a company from another country. So he has decided to sell his trucks and come back home. I think that is a good idea. I've started working more since he's been gone. I work some days at Aeropostale and I'm also working fulltime at Sunset ridge Apts. Its crazy sitting here and its so quite compared to what im use to at home. I think this will be a good thing for me. I've been a stay at home mom for the past 2.5 years and it feels good to get out and do something. Plus, when I get home, I feel so much more patient and loving with the kids too. Even though I may be tired. I feel I still have more of me to go around. Having a family is such a blessing. Sometimes I thnk people take that for granted and dont appreciate what they have. I may be one of them. I've been trying really hard lately to be a better person all together. I've done a lot of praying, fasting, reading scriptures and listening to confrences talks. I also have been singing my kids to bed with Hymns or primary songs....most nights. I have to say my life has greatlly improved since I've done that. I hope to stregthen myself more and more each day.I really enjoy the temple and am trying to get myself there more often.  I pray I will have to knowlegde to teach my children what they need to know. I pray I can be a forgiving, loving and understanding wife for my husband. Sometimes I think about how I act and I am the kind of person who can tell u what u r doing wrong but I know that I need to focus more on myself. I'm very grateful for all the love and help I've had from my family. It feels so great to know u have people there for when u fall... and try to hold u up even though u weigh 3902570489579 lbs!! ha ha but really my family is always there for me when I need them.

My sister Lucy has been at my house just about every single day helping me clean, cook, watch the kids, hug me, do my hair, let me cry all over her....and so much more. What a great heart she has. Even when she doesnt have much to give, she would give it all just to help someone else. So thank u my little Lucy for everything. U mean the world to me!! I love u so much!!! You are like a daughter to me!! hahhahahah

So as far as pictures go for this blog....I'm just going to post a few Elias has sent me from panama. Now that things have calmed down, he has gone to the beach for the weekend and was finally able to relax and enjoy the beatuiful panama.

Brooke

My little Brookey. She's now 1 year and 5 months old. Why did I pick this picture??...well she does this really cute frown face when u ask her to make a mean face and she also does a happy face too but the mean face is just so funny. Brooke is very talkative and likes to pick on Brittney. She never stops eating and has the diapers to show prove it. She knows people by name and is very smart. When I change her diapers, she says ewww stinky poo poo haha! She loves dogs and freaks out screaming whenever she sees one. our neighbors walk their dogs almost everyday and she looks out the window saying woof woof woof and screams really loud.

Brittney

Brittney is 1 year and 5 months old. She is very shy and will not go to others very easily. She likes to sleep and cuddle with her mommy. She gets really excited when Elias gets home and runs into his arms. She's scared of being close to the stairs and doesnt like to take a bath for very long. She loves playing pick-a-boo and runs away if u say u r going to get here. She doesn't ever finish her food. She always grabs things away really fast cause she's scared Brooke is going to take it. She loves bouncy balls and walks around saying ball ball ball. She has decided now that she likes to have a binky and carries a blanket with her every where she goes. She loves giving hugs and kisses. She has tons of hair and it's really curly too. She loves the music and every time u sing or put some music on she dances and moves her shoulders and hips

I miss my Papi!!

So here I am and I'm back to blog some more ..wow 2 in the same week? Thats progress! so instead of collecting my gifts from farmville until my sleeping pills kick in, I had the bright idea to just write something in my blog.
So, my husband is out of town right now and he's in Panama...no Florida Panama City, Panama. His hometown. He is taking part in the the expansion of the Panama canal. So far he has been gone for a lil over a week and I really miss him so so much. U dont know what u have til it gone...well not gone but away. hahhaha so I've just been thinking about how in love I still am with this man and it just makes me so happy to have him as my companion. He's so wonderful and loving to me. Always telling me how beautiful I am and he plays with my hair, tickles my back, rubs my feet..always just giving me lots of love. Which is exactly what I need in a man. I am truely blessed to have found a man like Elias. And I still cant believe we have 4 children! Even they are blessed just to have a father like Elias. We miss you so much Papi!! And can't wait for you to get back home safe!

My online journal post

Wow so much time has passed. So many things have happened. Where did all the time go and why haven't I been blogging?? I love to blog! I love to look back and remember all the fun memories I've had. As the days, months, years go by, I haven't noticed that my brain remembers less and less. I'm going to try really hard and post things on a more regular basis. No more excuses....Right Miken?? lol so whats new with me??? hmm well idk how to even begin....but here it goes...Kaleigh started kindergarden this year...and it's nice to have her in school but I have to say it been a pain in the butt getting her to school only because I have my lil twin babies. I know I could just let her walk alone since it's only about 8 house away but I wouldnt feel good about doing that so I drive her. Yep get all the kids in the car and drive 8 houses. that's my new life. And I also started working at Aeropostal in PC 1 day a week and I love it. I never minded folding clothes and I'm usually just shopping for my own family the whole time I'm there. Let seee...whats next?? I have been having a lot of extra help here at my house for cleaning, cooking and babysitting...I even have someone that comes to my house to do my nails, hair, toes and eyelashes. I'm obsessed with having hair extensions and eyelash extensions. Where have they been all this time!!! lol My sister Lucy has been helping me out so much. Things have started to get really hard for me.. the babies r all over the place. They love to open the freezer (together-team work) and see what goodies they can find and eat it. Also they love pushing a chair over to my cabinet where I have all the drugs ( meds and vitamins) and they open the "childproof lids"!!! Hows this even possible?? Yeah so then they spill the whole bottle on the floor and laugh....yeah yeah i know what u r thinking....child proof locks...do u really think this will work. I sure dont! These babes r very smart and I know once I take the time to put those on, they will just figure out a way to get them open. The next exciting thing the like to do it take off all their clothes. especially their diapers....and especially poopy one!! its been some fun times!! Almost to fun to write about haha ok well I think i'm just going to stop with that note and hopefully I can just keep posting here and there.

So Elias had a scuba thing that he was suppose to go to in Brigham City so we decided to pack up and stay at a hotel down there and make it a lil vacation since we didn't do anything for spring break. I was really nice just to get out of the house and stay somewhere else. The kids loved it too. We went out to dinner at Maddox. It was so yummy. I think Elias had about 7 rolls at least b4 we got our food. Then we all went swimming in the pool and played. The babies shared a little float boat. They were pretty crammed inside it too but they had a blast and slept really well. Better than i thought they would since they slept in a pack-n-play.
In the morning we had so much fun that we wanted to stay another night but we wanted to go to Logan to see one of my friends, Margaret. Once we got into Logan we stopped at this place called Renagade sports. The kids and Elias did a lil race on the track in go carts. Then played some golf. I went to the car since it was freezing. Once they were done we went to my friends house and we just hang out there all evening. Margaret made yummy lasagna and breadstick....from scratch not Stoffers haha and for dessert..we had angel cake with strawberries and whipped cream...not cool whip lol Elias just hung out and played video games and Addy took care of the twins most of the time. The babies loved the pug dog and would get so excited whenever she got close. They would make noises like woof wooof...puppy...puppy. It was really nice to hang out with my old friend, Margaret. I wish she didn't live so far away that u need to take a vacation just to visit her but we had a great time and it was totally worth the drive....and the speeding ticket. haha Before we left Margaret gave the babies a bath and rubbed them down with lotion and combed their hair. Hope we go back soon!
