The twins come home

It was finally time for me and the babies to come home. I felt like I was well enough but still recovering. Elias came with the kids and my mom and they were so excited to see them. They both were hanging over the back seat holding the babies hands. Once we got home, Kristen Sumsion was here waiting for us. She brought us some yummy dinner. It was a hamhock soup with homemade bread and a fruit salad. The kids were so happy to have us home. They are both so wonderful with the babies. I was worried about Kaligh but so far she has been great with them. You can tell she gets a little jealous when people come to the house to see the twins. I let her hold them whenever she asks and she is always willing to hlp out. Alex asked me if I was going to have more babies? and that he wants me too because he loves his little sisters so much and that it didn't even matter if they were more girls. How sweeet! My hospital stay

The babies have arrived and I feel so blessed. I'm so happy with my life right now and feel so lucky. I'm in a lot of pain and still recovering but it was totally worth it and I would do it 100x again. Things are much different than with a normal delivery. I never realized how much you use your core muscles until I couldn't use then for a few days. I still can't believe I have 2 little girls. I'm enjoying every moment I have with them. Elias has been coming to see me everyday to make sure I'm doing ok. We go on walks together down the hallways adn watch movies too. He wanted to stay with me overnight but I told him that the kids need him at home. Kaleigh has been sick and we are hoping she will be over it by the time we get home. I've enjoyed all the vistors that have come to see me and the babies. The following people came to see me- My Mom, Nataleigh, My dad and Connie, Lisa and Steve Drew, Miken and Kelly, My Grandma and Grandpa, Paulina, Corina, Vicki, Audrey, Sara, Summer and Lindsay and Lucy was there pretty much everyday all day. Here are some pictures of my stay at the hospital. The nurses took very good care of me while I was there.

The kids weren't allowed to come up to visit me in the hospital so on my forth day at the hospital, after I had recovered enough to walk around, he brought the kids with him and we had lunch together downstairs in the cafeteria. Kaleigh missed me so much. You could tell she really needed me. Alex missed me too but he understood I had to stay since he's older. Kaleigh wouldn't stop hugging me. It was so good to see all of them. Elias and Alex...don't they look like twins here??
